Zumba Fitness is perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. Marta Manzano has been a Zumba© instructor since 2012 and an AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) Group Fitness Instructor since 2015. After taking her first Zumba© class, she fell in love with a workout class that combined high-intensity cardio exercise and her love for dance! Marta was a Modern Dance Theater Team Captain at High Point High School in Beltsville, MD. She has taught adults and kids across the major gyms in the DMV including, YMCA, Washington Sports Clubs, L.A. Fitness, and Sports and Health.
